At Protac Service we provide the full service of preparing and filling the forms for the WOTC and other tax credits so you should be able to claim the credits when you file your income tax at the end of the year. The only thing your company would have to do is to just add a few forms to the packet of papers that each new employee gets when he/she is hired, and provide us every week with the filled out forms. In addition we would also need the weekly New hire report.
